  • Timothy Cavanagh, DVM, ABVP
    Chief of Staff

I decided to become a veterinarian in the 8th grade. I was raised on a farm and I have always enjoyed working with animals. I enjoyed my science classes and learning how the cells and body worked. Being a veterinarian combined my interest in science and animals. “Today, I enjoy working with people and their pets, and I understand the close connections people have with their animal companions. I am very casual, and most of my clients call me Tim or Dr. Tim. Many have been with me for over 20 years. They trust me and know they will always be treated with kindness and respect. They know we will care for their pets as they do.” Board-Certified: American Board of Veterinary Practitioners DVM: Colorado State University, Ft. I dreamt of becoming a veterinarian since I was a young girl and every day I know I chose the right profession for me. I like creating lasting relationships with the humans and the pets. I like knowing that I make a difference in their lives and being challenged emotionally,, intellectually and physically. I am calm, confident and quite down to earth, yet always determined to give the highest-quality medical care. I have built many lasting relationships with humans and their pets, and I hope to continue that throughout my career. The pets and the people seem to appreciate my patience and attentiveness. • Amy M. Gerrish, DVM

I enjoy the bonds people have with their pets. I’ve come to understand each animal’s nonverbal cues – telling me how they feel and where they hurt. I love helping to cure those illnesses and injuries and seeing those pets and their owners happy. I love that every patient is different and the unique individual relationships we build. I am very patient and owner-centered. It’s important to understand their needs and concerns and make sure I address them during our time together. I hope to give people the tools they need to make informed decisions about their pets’ care. I finish each day knowing that I helped improve the quality of their pets’ lives and strengthened their bond with their human owners.” DVM: Colorado State University, Ft. Collins, CO BSc: Biology, Colorado State University Member: American Veterinary Medical Association,Washington State Veterinary Medical Association In her spare time, Dr. Amy loves camping, horseback riding and living an active life with her family.

  • Jan Edwards,
    Clinic Assistant/Bookkeeper

I have worked with Tim Cavanagh, DVM, All Creatures Veterinary Practice, and our employees for the Arlington/greater Snohomish County for over 20 years. I have been gifted with great family, friends, clients, and co-workers. Over the years, my family has enjoyed horses (the magnificent Arabian breed), many dogs and cats. My favorite canine companion is the smiley Keeshond. I love the independent personality of my feline companions. No matter the situation, they remain unfazed. The friendships I have gained through All Creatures; both colleagues and clients, are irreplaceable. My passion, and compassion, for my animal friends has always been reinforced with the mantra of Tim Cavanagh and All Creatures Practice. Progressive and quality veterinary medicine for all of our patients and their owners. "Passion and compassion come together at All Creatures."

  • Mary Wujick,
    Clinic Assistant

I have worked at All Creatures Veterinary Service for 18 years. I was a client before my employment at the clinic for 10 years. I can attest to the expert care given to a lifetime of pets by Dr. Tim Cavanagh and his associates. I feel a close kinship to our clients and the love they have for their pets. My own pet family includes Jolly, my Flat-Coated Retriever. He is Jolly by name, and Jolly by nature. He is my constant companion on long walks, working in the garden, and just lounging on the couch. He is joined, happily, by four cats. I have Yin & Yang, litter mates who were left as tiny kittens on our clinic doorstep; Boo, the stray who came and stayed; and the amazing Shere Kahn, king of his domain. He is now a 3-legged cat, doing very well and still one handsome orange cat. Working at All Creatures lets me share in the lives of our clients and their pets. I take pride in knowing we provide excellence in all areas of veterinary medicine, including compassion.

  • Kathy Lewandowski, LVT,
    Licensed Veterinary Technician

I have worked at All Creatures Veterinary Service since January 1990. I received a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the University of Illinois. I also completed the national exam to work as a licensed veterinary technician in 1994. I live in Arlington Washington with my family, four dogs, two cats, and three horses. I have worked at All Creatures for so long because I truly enjoy working with my coworkers, our clients and their pets. The atmosphere at All Creatures has a hometown family feel. I enjoy the diversity of my job; working on new cases and new patients as well as seeing our clients and pets that have been with us for years.

  • Cholette Ness, LVT,
    Licensed Veterinary Technician

I’ve been working in the veterinary field for 17 years. I think my story starts like so many others. I grew up loving animals and wanting to help them, fix them, save them. Growing up in Montana, I spent much of my time on my grandparents' ranch. I knew animals would be my life. I started working at a cat and dog clinic, moved on to birds and exotics, worked another 6 years with primates, and taught a laboratory animal science course at PIMA for a year and a half. I then moved onto animal rescue. I volunteer at various spay and neuter clinics in Mexico as often as I can. I found this to be my true calling. I’ve been working at All Creatures Veterinary Services for the last 4 years. I love the area, the people, the many animals that come here and the wonderful people I work with. There is never a dull moment at All Creatures. Most of us in the veterinary field end up with a wide array of animals. Over the years I’ve had many foster animals, a few 'unadoptable' animals and some strays that picked my house to live. Currently, I have 1 dog, 2 birds, many fish and way too many cats. I’m sure there will be many more. But, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

  • Brittany First,
    Veterinary Assistant

My love for animals started at very young age. All of my family could tell that I was very passionate about animals and that someday I would make a career out of it. Skagit Valley College is where I studied and worked for a veterinary assisting certificate and thus began my journey into the world of veterinary medicine. Working at All Creatures has only furthered my interest and excitement for animals. Whether furry, feathery, or scaly, large or little, I love learning and working with them all. I have one rambunctious German Short Hair Pointer mix named Nola and one very spunky tabby cat named Winston. In my free time I love going to Seattle to explore the city, hiking to new places, going to concerts, and watching bad reality TV. I love working here because everyone is family and you know that animals are going to get the best care that we can provide. All three veterinarians and staff bring nothing but excellence and care to their work making me very proud to say that I work at All Creatures.

  • Alysia Grimm,
    Veterinary Assistant

I have been a member of All Creatures Veterinary Service since February 2016. I have recently received my Veterinary Assistant Certificate from Northwest Career and Technical Academy at Skagit Valley College. I live in Arlington Washington with my husband our two dogs Maynard & Willow and our cat Led. When I moved back to Washington in 2007, I resided with my aunt who help me focus and figure out what it was I wanted. I found that being able to feed and care for newborn calves at our neighbors Grade A dairy, as well as many other animals that we had at home only made me want to pursue a career in the veterinary field. Over the years I have had experiences with horses, cows, goats, pigs, dogs, cats and even some wildlife. Ultimately my husband and I look to have an array of animals in the future, I hope to adopt and rescue as many in need animals as I can possible. I look forward to helping your pets live a long and healthy life as well as getting to know each and every one of you.

  • Chelsea Lampert,
    Clinic Assistant

I have lived in Arlington my entire life and I feel very blessed I get to work where I grew up. This city filled with kind and caring people who love their pets as much as I love mine. I also enjoy getting the chance to get to know our clients and their pets and build lasting relationships with them. Also being able to see the strong bond between them make it obvious to why I have wanted to work in the animal field since I was a little kid. I have 2 wonderful dogs, a west highland terrier and a Labrador, who bring so much joy to my life. And I also have a few cats who are constantly giving me their love and affection as well as entertaining me with their spunky personalities. So I am one very lucky pet owner to have animals like them. I love working for All Creatures and with the amazing staff here who make it easy to want to come to work! It is such a great feeling knowing you work for a company with clients who have been trusting our doctors for years and years with there pets!

  • Walter and Missy, The Clinic Cats

Walter is our resident clinic cat, he excels at shedding in your coffee, demanding scratches, and laying over your computer. You will often see him upfront completely unperturbed by the commotion of a full waiting room, but he will be happy to sit on your lap or do his "cute cat trick" for you any day! MIssy is Walters "wifey", she spends most of the time in her bed in the kennel room. Sometimes Walter cuddles up to her (pushes her out of bed). She is always looking for head rubs if you come into the kennel.
