  • Timothy Cavanagh, DVM, ABVP
    Chief of Staff
I decided to become a veterinarian in the 8th grade. I was raised on a farm and I have always enjoyed working with animals. I enjoyed my science classes and learning how the cells and body worked. Being a veterinarian combined my interest in science and animals. “Today, I enjoy working with people and their pets, and I understand the close connections people have with their animal companions. I am very casual, and most of my clients call me Tim or Dr. Tim. Many have been with me for over 20 years. They trust me and know they will always be treated with kindness and respect. They know we will care for their pets as they do.” Board-Certified: American Board of Veterinary Practitioners DVM: Colorado State University, Ft. I am calm, confident and quite down to earth, yet always determined to give the highest-quality medical care. I have built many lasting relationships with humans and their pets, and I hope to continue that throughout my career. The pets and the people seem to appreciate my patience and attentiveness. Dr. Victoria Bauer is Washington grown. She lived in Marysville for most of her childhood and in Orondo during her high school years. Since a young age, she knew she wanted to be a veterinarian and spent her life pursuing that goal. Dr. Bauer attended Washington State University earning a Bachelor's of Science degree in Wildlife Ecology in 2013, followed by her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. Right after graduating veterinary school, she joined a small animal practice as an associate veterinarian. She enjoys all aspects of general practice with special interests in exotics. Dr. Bauer married her high school sweetheart in 2015 and they live happily with their two Siberian Huskies. Together they enjoy hiking, camping, and traveling to new places. During her free time, Dr. Bauer enjoys drawing and painting.

  • Ali Godwin, DVM

Growing up on a small farm in Washington is where my compassion for animals started. I knew very early on that working with and helping animals was going to play a large role in my life. To start my education, I went to the University of Idaho for my undergraduate degree. From there, I transferred to Western University of Health Sciences in California for my doctorate in veterinary medicine where I graduated in 2013. I truly value the time spent building lasting and meaningful relationships with my clients and their pets. Critical and urgent care is where I like to find myself in clinic. It is important to me to help patients in their moments of need. I love spending time with my family, adventuring outdoors, riding horses, and cooking. We have a full house with 4 dogs, 2 cats, and chickens.

  • Jan,
    Clinic Assistant/Bookkeeper
I have worked with Tim Cavanagh, DVM, All Creatures Veterinary Practice, and our employees for the Arlington/greater Snohomish County for over 20 years. I have been gifted with great family, friends, clients, and co-workers. Over the years, my family has enjoyed horses (the magnificent Arabian breed), many dogs and cats. My favorite canine companion is the smiley Keeshond. I love the independent personality of my feline companions. No matter the situation, they remain unfazed. The friendships I have gained through All Creatures; both colleagues and clients, are irreplaceable. My passion, and compassion, for my animal friends has always been reinforced with the mantra of Tim Cavanagh and All Creatures Practice. Progressive and quality veterinary medicine for all of our patients and their owners. 'Passion and compassion come together at All Creatures.'
  • Kathy, LVT
I have worked at All Creatures Veterinary Service since January 1990. I received a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the University of Illinois. I also completed the national exam to work as a licensed veterinary technician in 1994. I live in Arlington Washington with my family, four dogs, two cats, and three horses. I have worked at All Creatures for so long because I truly enjoy working with my coworkers, our clients and their pets. The atmosphere at All Creatures has a hometown family feel. I enjoy the diversity of my job; working on new cases and new patients as well as seeing our clients and pets that have been with us for years.
  • Lisa, LVT

I feel fortunate to have been able to join the team of hard working, dedicated, and caring people at All Creatures in 2019. The staff and doctors pull together and truly care about their patients which makes wonderful clients. I have been a licensed veterinary technician since 1997. My career first started in high school where I got my first job at the local veterinary clinic. I would work before and after school along with weekends and summers. I grew up locally in Stanwood on a small farm with cows, horses, chickens, pigs, dogs, and cats which I have many fond memories of. Currently I have 2 dogs, chickens, and ducks along with the deer, squirrels, and rabbits that frequent my property.  I am part of the WA Reserve Veterinary Corp and enjoy outdoor activities along with spending time with my family and friends.

  • Brittany,
    Veterinary Assistant
My love for animals started at very young age. All of my family could tell that I was very passionate about animals and that someday I would make a career out of it. Skagit Valley College is where I studied and worked for a veterinary assisting certificate and thus began my journey into the world of veterinary medicine. Working at All Creatures has only furthered my interest and excitement for animals. Whether furry, feathery, or scaly, large or little, I love learning and working with them all. I have one rambunctious German Short Hair Pointer mix named Nola and one very spunky tabby cat named Winston. In my free time I love going to Seattle to explore the city, hiking to new places, going to concerts, and watching bad reality TV. I love working here because everyone is family and you know that animals are going to get the best care that we can provide. All three veterinarians and staff bring nothing but excellence and care to their work making me very proud to say that I work at All Creatures.
  • Chelsea, Veterinary Assistant

I have lived in Arlington my entire life and I feel very blessed I get to work where I grew up. This city filled with kind and caring people who love their pets as much as I love mine. I also enjoy getting the chance to get to know our clients and their pets and build lasting relationships with them. Also being able to see the strong bond between them make it obvious to why I have wanted to work in the animal field since I was a little kid. I have 2 wonderful dogs, a west highland terrier and a Labrador, who bring so much joy to my life. And I also have a few cats who are constantly giving me their love and affection as well as entertaining me with their spunky personalities. So I am one very lucky pet owner to have animals like them. I love working for All Creatures and with the amazing staff here who make it easy to want to come to work! It is such a great feeling knowing you work for a company with clients who have been trusting our doctors for years and years with their pets!

  • Samantha, Veterinary Assistant

I have worked with animals since I was very young. I started volunteering at Sarvey wildlife when I was 13 years old, when I was 17 I joined the team at All Creatures for 4 years before going off to college in Idaho where I obtained my bachelors in wildlife conservation and ecology. I currently run a bat rehabilitation center out of my home where I take in injured and orphaned bats, as well as the occasional squirrel, and rehabilitate them to be released back into the wild. I have three cats, and two dogs of my own, as well as three permanent educator bats, two bunnies, and crested geckos. I rejoined the team here at All Creatures in June of 2018 and am beyond happy to be back working with such a wonderful team. I am currently the kennel assistant here and I help out by cleaning and assisting with holding animals during procedures. I love the work here and the people that I work with.

  • Ashley, Receptionist

Born and raised in Washington I am proud to call Arlington home and to be apart of the community. As a recent addition to this talented team I bring with me an array of various professional animal related experience, from grooming to veterinary assisting to finding my niche as a veterinary receptionist. I couldn't imagine a career without animals! I have a special interest for helping people help their pets. My spare time is usually spent walking through nature trails, working on home projects and starting to dabble in dog sports including disc work, lure course racing, and agility.

  • Taylor, Receptionist

Animals have been my biggest interest my entire life, growing up with hunting dogs and riding horses since I was 5 years old. As a teenager I began working on a farm which taught me so much respect and compassion for animals of all sizes. When I’m not with animals you can typically find me eating tacos, at the beach, or spending time with loved ones (or all 3). All Creatures truly has a family-feel that is hard to find, everyone here made me feel loved my first day at the clinic and everyday since.

  • Jaedyn, Receptionist

My career in veterinary medicine began in 2020 in the mix of the Covid 19 pandemic. I studied veterinary assisting at Skagit Valley College and received a veterinary assistance Certificate.

From there I started my love and passion for animals. What brought to me All Creatures is that I started coming here as a little kid as my family would bring my childhood pets to Dr. Cavanagh . I have 3 dogs and 1 cat(Australian Cattle Dog , Golden Retriever and a Pitbull boxer mix). In my free time I enjoy going to hockey games and sprint car racing.
